For the past eight years,® and the Northwest Multiple Listing Service (NWMLS) have worked together to assure your listings get the broadest exposure possible through the® website, and the distribution network that reaches more than 6 million home shoppers each month. Unfortunately, the NWMLS has decided to no longer license the display of your listings on® or to continue sending those listings on your behalf, effective July 1, 2007.

While will no longer receive data directly from your MLS, we do have the ability to accept your office’s listings directly from you, as the REALTOR® Broker of record, and we can continue to display your listings and primary photos on® at no charge.

In order to accomplish this, the REALTOR® Broker of record must select one the following options:

Option 1

With this option you will be sending us listings in a format specified by us. This solution is best for brokers that have an existing 3rd Party IDX provider. There is no fee for this service through, however you should consult with your 3rd Party provider for any fee’s that you may incur with them.

As an Option 1 subscriber, the following form needs to be completed and faxed back to 480-556-4508. Please include OPTION 1 on the fax cover page when sending the document. When the document has been received with OPTION 1 stated on the cover page you will be emailed your logon credentials.

Option 2

With this option we become your IDX vendor in addition to moving your listings to This is a FREE solution.

As an Option 2 subscriber, the following forms need to be completed and faxed back to 480-556-4508. Please include OPTION 2 on the fax cover page when sending all 3 of the signed documents. When all three of the documents have been received with OPTION 2 stated on the cover page you will be emailed your logon credentials.


Q. After the contract has been signed and faxed how soon can we expect to hear details about the FTP upload access?
A. Approximately 3 business days.

Q. The Data Feed Specifications document mentions a pre-upload validation to be found on your website. When can I find that?
A. Yes. You can login to our website and click on file validation. This allows you to upload the data file and lets you know if the data file adheres to our specifications.

Q. How will you manage the off market listings?
A. We are expecting a full listing file everyday. Do not send the off market listings.

Q. How often is the data refreshed at
A. We will refresh a minimum of once a day- we are going to try to refresh it about every 4-6 hours.

Q. Is there a single summary/notification document that was sent to all NWMLS Brokers from about this change? If so, how can I get a copy?
